As Founder and President of Landmarque National, Arek Boynerian leads the company’s investment strategy, strategic planning, and overall direction across its multi-state portfolio. He oversees acquisitions, lender relationships, capital improvement initiatives, and asset performance with a focus on disciplined execution, operational excellence, and long-term value creation.

Under his leadership, Landmarque has grown into a portfolio valued at more than $100 million. Arek takes a hands-on approach to building scalable systems that improve occupancy, reduce delinquency, strengthen operations, and drive net operating income across the portfolio. His leadership style is rooted in accountability, stewardship, and a strong commitment to building communities that perform well for both residents and ownership.
